From concept to acquisition.

Brand

Development of the Jack & Boule concept which in turn led to the acquisition by Swedish brand, Boulebar. Market positioning, competitor analysis, brand culture, creative direction. Resulted in “Best Newcomer 2024” and “Best New Menu 2025” at the Competitve Socialising Awards.

Operations

Built the operational foundations. SOPs, training manuals, drinks development, food vendor partnerships, margin controls, budget forecasting, leadership recruitment, health and safety protocols, award winning guest experience.

Partnerships
